-brisket, onion, green and red paprika, garlic, tomato ketchup, crushed black pepper, maggi seasoning, worcestershire sauce, sugar, soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the bag straight from the freezer into a pot of boiling water.

2. Turn down the temperature to medium low, simmer for about 20-30 minutes.

3. Take the bag from the pot, cut it open and serve. Each frozen dish portion serves 2-3 people.
